Our food service company, Creative Dining, works hard to make sure that students have access to nutritious and delicious food in all three of our dining locations.
Trinity Hall Dining Room is our largest dining facility, which offers continuous dining from 7am-10pm Monday-Thursday, 7am-7pm on Fridays, and 11am-7pm on weekends. We offer Breakfast from 7am-10am, Lunch from 11am-2pm and Dinner from 4:30pm-9pm. We will not be closed between meal times; instead, we will offer salads, sandwiches, pizzas, and a few other foods to keep you going between meals. We’re located on the main level of Trinity. The Dining Room always has an extensive, fresh salad bar, varied home-style meals, in-house made pizza, ice cream and more!
Holy Grounds is our cafe that’s located in the Cougar Den. Need a quiet place to study and enjoy some delicious drinks and pastries? This is the perfect spot to stop in and get refreshed! Holy Grounds is open Monday-Thursday, 7am-9pm and Friday, 7am-5pm.
The Hideout in the Pope John Paul Building is a popular option for a quick sandwich, salad, or burrito, because of the convenience if you have class before or after lunch on that side of campus. The Hideout is open Monday-Thursday, 7:30am-6pm and Friday, 7:30am-3pm.
If you think our dining options are only for residential students, think again! Commuting students can also benefit from the convenience of eating on campus. Consider purchasing a Non-Resident Meal Plan. Another option is to add money to your OneCard (Aux Points) through MCC and use that as payment. Students can also pay using a card or cash.
(Block Meal refers to a meal in Trinity Dining Room or a meal exchange at the Hideout and Holy Grounds retail locations on campus. Non-resident students may use more than one block meal at a time if they wish to treat a guest.)
To purchase a non-resident meal plan:
19 Meal Plan – Board Package
Resident students automatically have a 19 Meal Plan as part of the Room and Board package. Every Sunday, 19 meals per week are loaded onto the student OneCard. In addition to 19 meal swipes per week, resident students have 20 meal points per semester to purchase food/beverages. (1 point = $1). Resident students may use as many as four swipes per day until the 19 meals for the week run out.
Holy Grounds Coffee Shop
The Holy Grounds Coffee Shop is located in the Cougar Den and is open limited hours Monday-Friday. In addition to an assortment of coffee, lattes, teas, and lemonade, there is an assortment of pastries and sandwiches.
